Ladies: My #1 pick for every woman’s closet is a “Little Black Dress.” This is essential because it is so versatile and can be worn in any environment. The basic black dress is especially great for cocktail parties. It can be dressed up and dressed down, and if you invest in a really good quality dress, it will last you for years. The Little Black Dress is definitely a classic staple for your closet.
Gents: my #1 pick for every man’s closet is Dark
wash jeans. Tailored to fit well, without contrast stitching or designs. These are nicely paired with a shirt, tie and blazer for a dressier look. It also can be paired with t-shirts, sweaters or cardigans for a casual look.
